Product Feature 1) Horizontal paper unwinding stand features: i) Pneumatic paper loading ii) Original paper line-placed iii) Delivers paper with pneumatic belt iv) Has separate tension control device in each roll of raw paper 2) Equipped with warning device for indicating adding paper tube or stainless steel 3) Function of automatic stopping at breakage of paper can be added 4) Rewinding technology used in this machine leads the domestic paper industry, providing for finished paper to be reeled first tightly and then loosely 5) Provides different elasticity for different parts of paper roll, ensuring that the paper core won't separate from the paper roll after a long time in storage (controlled by micro-computer) 6) Automatic changing of paper tube and unloading of finished products 7) The paper tube or stainless steel tube can be adjusted from Ø25 to 50mm random in 1min, rewinding in high speed 180m - 200m/min (can finish rewinding and unloading one paper roll in 8 - 12 seconds) 8) Rewinding can be finished in 12 seconds on the basis of 200 sheets of 115mm paper;and finished in 14 seconds if the paper has the function of trademark embossing 9) Compared to paper with single embossing, paper with double embossing and edge-gluing is softer, with the embossing effect in both layers of the finished products 10) Embossed paper doesn't break into layers when in use, and is 15% lighter than similar sized rolls of non-embossed paper 11) Synchronized finish of automatic edge-cutting, gluing and tail-sealing can reduce consumption of paper when the roller paper is sent to the process of slitting by circular saw and packing 12) The machine can be equipped with a tail trademark embossing device at a position of 4cm away from the tail, to ensure that paper tail won't scatter, and prevent the product from imitation 13) A glue compounding device processes kitchen paper rolls, with a large diameter gluing roller and computer to control the quantity of glue 14) Adopts updated method for winding finished paper, with the front and back jogging button switch guiding original paper making the operation much simpler
